The Frog Rock Winery was established by the Turner family in 1970. This iconic NSW label has made premium wines for over 40 years and recently received a four star winery rating by James Halliday. Frog Rock is a natural granite rock formation by the side of the road in the shape of a crouching frog, situated on the Ulan Road, 19 kilometres from Mudgee and 24 kilometres from Gulgong. The granite from this area was used in the construction of the new Parliament House in Canberra. This Mudgee landmark was the inspiration for the Frog Rock brand.
Today our New South Wales blends are the backbone of the Frog Rock portfolio. However, we also also include wines sourced from the premium wine regions of Adelaide Hills, Clare Valley and other premium districts of South Australia and Victoria.
Our winemaking team work hard to create wines with flavour, style and finesse that can be enjoyed whilst youthful or cellared to develop complexity.
Welcome to the wines of Frog Rock.
