COLOUR: Deep Garnet Colour with purple edge.
NOSE: Aromas of cassis and plum with lifted gum leaf/menthol note.
PALATE: Soft textured palate with dark forest fruit flavours and soft tannins.
REGION: Margaret River, Western Australia
WINEMAKING: Cabernet and Merlot are crushed separately and fermented on skins for 4-5 days then drained and pressed into French oak barrels for maturation.
